According to the public relations of NCC, by the order and support of Dr. Jafarzadeh Imanabadi to accelerate the digitalization of the old aerial images, the scan of more than 5000 frames of these photos were accomplished in a second shift, during 220 hours of non-office hours and holidays in November in the Photography and Image Digitalization Section of Spatial Information Storage and Supply Department of NCC.
It’s worth mentioning that these photos are one of the most valuable data in the country in terms of antiquity and high value of spatial information and accelerating their digitization is one of the priorities of NCC due to preventing from destruction of these documents.
