According to the NCC, after launching the national spatial data infrastructure, steps have been taken towards its implementation. Various sub-portals can be presented and used in order to achieve national ideals and in line with the executive and practical affairs of various devices and organs.
In this regard, the crisis management sub-portal, for use in natural disasters, unexpected natural disasters and biological hazards of the country and the sub-portal of marine spatial data infrastructure to display a variety of charts, in shipping, fishing, national security .... for geoportal users can be used nationally.
The crisis management sub-portal includes two sections of spatial information related to biological hazards in the Corona pandemic, including daily changes chart and the nearest vaccination centers and in natural crises, unnatural disasters, including floods, subsidence, and earthquakes, it has layers of information associated with each group of layer; this sub-portal can be utilized in crises and pandemics, warning, relief efforts, decisions making in optimal locating, proper management analysis, etc and finally reducing potential risks.
It is worth noting that the Marine Spatial Data Infrastructure sub-portal includes navigational charts, legends, and multi-scale navigational charts. This sub-portal can be used for sailors in shipping and for navigation in open waters and awareness of the seabed and maritime signs, as well as fishing, protection of national privacy, tsunami probability, etc for experts in this field.
